This Green Speed Meter (commonly called a Stimpmeter) is used to measure the speed of a course putting green. It is an industry standard tool that allows the greenkeeeper to make statistically accurate measurements of the putting surface speed.
Measurements are taken on a relatively flat part of the golf putting green. A golf ball is placed on the stimpmeter which is then tilted up to the angle at which the ball rolls down the meter and on to the green. The distance traveled by the ball is measured in feet and the process is then repeated multiple times (in opposite directions) to obtain an average distance. This average distance is referred to the Green Speed or Pace.
As an example the USGA measured a number of greens across the US and produced the below recommendations.
This Soil Profile Sampler produces a large flat (200mm x 100mm) sample of soil. It is robust enough for almost all turf areas and the blades of this soil sampler are case hardened and zinc plated. Another great feature is that the plug can be replaced with little surface disturbance to the sampled area.
It also features a removable handle to aid in the inspection of samples.
The Bulldog Premier Border Fork is a traditional style border fork that has been solid forged from one piece to give strength and durability. It features a 28" (71cm) Ash D Shaped Handle which is ideal for maintaining flower beds and herbaceous borders, digging out weeds, lifting plants and forking in manure. It is the tool to use where space is tight

The Snow Shovel features an aluminium 45cm x 45cm head with a stainless steel leading edge. Without any doubt this is the best snow shovel available. The stainless steel leading edge improves the effectiveness of the front edge and prolongs the life of the snow shovel. This leaves safer surfaces, requiring less salt and reducing time and money in making safer walkways.
